Sharon Handler has a background in healthcare, software development, and business. Starting her career as an emergency room nurse in Kansas City, where she worked her way up to management and ultimately ran a trauma center and a home health agency. She was instrumental in developing point of care systems for home health agency use. After working in mergers and acquisitions for health care service companies, she completed her doctorate in business with an emphasis on organization and management.
Wanting to give back to the Naples community, Sharon joined the PASFI board and is also active as a volunteer at the Neighborhood Health Clinic. She lives in Naples with her husband and their furry buddy, Louie, a Maltese. She likes to participate in yoga, golf, biking, and walking in this beautiful setting in southwest Florida.
